The casing idea came from a bakery in NYC, was so inspired by her story and I kinda tot the casing is so natural and looks 'organic'
I did this in extra vanilla cuppies, creme cheese frosting and dark chocolate shavings.
I personally like it because the cheese, a touch of lime juice cuts the sweetness and the dark chocolate gives a bitter taste which compliments the cheese frosting.
